Bale Capampangan is a local home-grown restaurant serving a great variety of authentic Capampangan cuisine since 2008.The restaurant has an amazing interior filled with decorations and artworks that give the place an authentic ambiance and every visitor a glimpse of Kapampangan history and culture. Everyone will certainly enjoy unlimited servings of kare-kare, kilayin, sisig, dinuguan, lechón, pako (fiddlehead fern) salad, adobong balut (fertilized bird egg), lenguang baka, halo-halo (shaved ice dessert), baked sweet potato, and other well-known Capampangan dishes and desserts.
